Pete has been active in the South Dakota Auto Body Association since 1981, serving in several leadership roles, including four years as President, and now serves as Executive Director. He also serves on advisory boards for Lake Area Technical College and Southeast Technical College, helping support the next generation of skilled technicians.

Under Pete’s leadership, Stemper Auto Body continues to deliver professional, high-quality collision repair using advanced estimating and digital imaging technology to make the repair and insurance claims process as smooth as possible.

Jean Stemper serves as the Office Manager at Stemper Auto Body, overseeing marketing, human resources, special projects, and customer service. She has been part of the business since it opened in 2011, initially working part time before joining the team full time in July 2015.

Known for her versatility and willingness to help wherever needed, Jean supports every member of the Stemper Auto Body team. Whether she is assisting customers, coordinating office operations, or lending a hand in the shop, she plays an important role in keeping the business organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Marie serves as the Controller and Bookkeeper at Stemper Auto Body, where she oversees the company's accounting, payroll, and daily financial operations. With exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, she manages accounts, payroll, financial reporting, and administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly.

As the company's main financial controller, Marie plays a vital role in supporting the Stemper Auto Body team and ensuring every aspect of the business operates efficiently. Her dedication, professionalism, and years of experience make her an invaluable part of the company's continued success.

Andy Jensen is the Parts Manager and Shop Foreman at Stemper Auto Body. He oversees parts ordering, repair scheduling, and shop operations to keep every repair on track and completed to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with technicians, estimators, vendors, and insurance partners, Andy helps ensure the right parts are available when needed and that every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications. His dedication, attention to detail, and leadership make him a valued member of the Stemper Auto Body team.
